Online Returns Policy
There may be occasions when you need to return an item you've purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to simplify the process for you. The benefits offered by our Returns Policy are in addition to any other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer.
If you wish to return any item(s) you've purchased, you can do so either by mailing the item(s) to our online store or by returning them in person to the Pets Pamper Mart Return address within 30 days from the date of delivery. You will be responsible for the return postage costs unless the item(s) you're returning are faulty or not as ordered. In such cases, Pets Pamper Mart will cover the postage costs. Please contact our customer service to arrange prepaid postage.
We recommend using registered or traceable postal services when returning your parcel, as the responsibility for all returned parcels remains with the purchaser until they are received by Pets Pamper Mart.
Conditions for Returns
At Pets Pamper Mart, we want to ensure your satisfaction with the items you purchase. If you've had a change of mind regarding your purchase, we offer options to exchange your item, provide an exchange card, or refund your original payment method, provided that:
- You return the item within 30 days (inclusive) from the tracked delivery date.
- You present your original Pets Pamper Mart invoice (receipt) when returning the item.
- The item is in its original saleable condition, including all original tags.
- The item is in an unworn, unopened, and unused state.
- Any sewn labels are still attached.
- A returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s).
Please note that failure to meet these requirements may result in Pets Pamper Mart refusing an exchange or refund for change-of-mind items. Bank statements are not accepted as proof of purchase.
Faulty Items
If you have received a faulty item that you would like refunded, repaired, or replaced, please contact our customer service team before returning the item. When emailing about a fault, please attach pictures of the issue for assessment before approval of the return. In cases of faulty items, a pre-paid shipping label can be emailed to cover the return costs. Faulty items may be returned outside of the regular returns time frames, provided they are still under warranty. Contact our customer service or the brand directly for warranty periods.
We aim to process your refund within 24 hours of receiving your item; however, some faults may require manufacturer approval before a refund or replacement can be issued. If this is the case, we will provide regular email updates. This process typically takes around 2 weeks, and once completed, you should receive your refund or replacement within 10-15 business days.
Refunds
To receive a refund, you must mail the shipment yourself to the provided return address. If the shipment is in transit, you must wait for it to be delivered before we can process your refund. Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you can expect the refund to be automatically credited to your original payment method within a maximum of 15 days. Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also require some time to process and post the refund.
Seasonal Overrides
During the holiday season, we take extra precautions to ensure timely product delivery. Our chat and email support will remain active to assist you with your shipments and return and refund inquiries.
- Christmas: If you need your products for Christmas, please place your order 17-18 days before the holiday. Delivery services may experience high volumes and pressure, but in case of any mishaps, we'll expedite your shipment.
- Black Friday: Order your products on Black Friday to enjoy special discounts on selected items using promo codes. Please note that the sale is valid for one day only, on November 25, 2023.
