Standard Shipping: The order takes approximately 7-13 business days from the moment it is shipped to the moment it is delivered to the customer. The period may vary slightly, depending on the number of daily shipments and the timing of national couriers and depending on the country to which it is shipped. This type of shipment is traceable through external tracking platforms or contact our customer support team through chat or email.

Europe: approximately 10-15 working days
Priority & Insured Shipping: This premium service allows you to skip the queue and have your order processed within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please note: Each order leaves our warehouse after approximately 48/72 hours! This timeframe is called the processing period, which is the time from the moment the order is placed to the moment it is shipped. It consists of checking the order details, approval, quality checks, packaging checks and labelling. This period could extend during the Christmas holidays.
